Miracle Plumbing Warranties

Miracle Plumbing Inc. warranties are limited to the original repair. In no case does any warranty cover the failure of a manufacture's product such as fixtures, pipes, fittings, compounds, glues, adhesives and solvents or any other product used in the course of joining materials and/or connecting to.

A failed repair or replacement due to poor workmanship shall be limited to the repair or replacement of that item and does not cover the costs, if any, to access said repair or replacement such as excavation, concrete removal, trees, bushes, sheetrock, painting, flooring or the replacement of any said item.

If a warranty is specifically outlined for an installed fixture and provided for by Miracle Plumbing Inc. and said fixture is no longer available, an optional fixture at contractor grade shall be selected by Miracle Plumbing Inc. and installed.

No warranty is provided for any customer supplied item that Miracle Plumbing Inc. installs.

The covered warranty is void if the original work is tampered with or from damage caused by fire, earthquakes, natural disasters, war, riot, vandalism, abuse, acts of god, seismic movement, earth settling and in cases of sewer or water line repair/replacements damages caused by any root system pushing against the repair/replacement, roots in line, belly, offsets collapsed line or foreign objects in line. Water pressure to high.

Warranties void or denied from any preexisting conditions.

Warranties do not cover manufacture defects or damages to property, due to manufacture defects.
